Great food. I have been craving BBQ food and this place definitely delivered.

Great ribs and BBQ - falls right off the bone. Sauce was tasty and price was right for the amount of food we got. This place is a gem!

The best ever.... Love this place small but greatness... Worth the rainy day trip.. Jerk pork dinner 😋 and don't forget the peach cobbler 😉😁

We found GOLD... in all the hustle and bustle of US301, if you want the BEST BBQ IN TAMPA you’ll find it at TRUST ME BBQ! Cooked low and slow... the way it should be done.. gal off the bone and good smoky flavor from the wood... a true DIAMOND in Riverview and worth the drive! The pulled pork sandwich was HUGENORMOUS and melted in my mouth. Their sauce is a true bbq sauce—it accents the low and slow Smokey flavor of the pork and doesn’t overpower or cover up the flavors.BRAVO! BRAVO! Finally—someone is making BBQ the way it should be done!!!

This place used to be great. However the last few times I've been I have received burnt ribs and it's becoming a pattern. Additionally, the customer service has some opportunities for improvement. You literally have to scream your order across several people.

While passing through on the way to the Everglades stopped to see a friend who recommend we dine at "Trust Me" while chatting.Had the pulled pork with two sides.The pork was delicious, the sauce was sweet with a kick.The sides Potato Salad and Cole Slaw really did not 'look' like it was going to be good but I was wrong it was delicious.The Wife had Jerk Chicken and it was a little to overdone for her taste, also had some ribs which were outstanding!I am sure i will be back when in town again.

Best Ribs hands down.... didnt have anything else YET. WILL come back...

I don’t leave reviews EVER. I have to say this is the BEST BBQ in Tampa Bay and I’ve tried darn near all of it. Holy cow! I’m still eating as I type this but I just had to. Don’t miss this place if you’re in the area. I will be back A LOT!

I'm basing this rating on smell, we stopped in to see menu and smells were incredible, sadly we weren't hungry and never made it back, next time.

The ribs where great love that smokey flavor and the sauce is great too these ribs are shorter then I would had like but no love lost there but the baked beans are good but there's alot going on in them maybe it's me but I never had baked beans with alot of other stuff in it ate most but not all last but not least the Mac and cheese... absolutely disgusting no flavor other then being rewarmed bland tasteless and if you serve this everyday should be removed but maybe I came in on a bad day or something.

Best barbeque place in town! Their sauce was to die for. I got one of their family meal deal platters. Everything was delicious, especially the ribs and pork. The chicken was a little dry, and it was the only thing I didn't finish eating the same day, but it was great lunch leftover for the next day.

I gave this business a second chance after a poor first experience. 75 dollars for burnt meat. Not thrilled about the sides. Always try to support small business but I can no longer. Poor customer service on 06/28 the employees acted bother like they didn’t want to work there. Very disappointed. Lost my business.

Came down to Florida from Ohio to visit my dad he's a regular there and it's the best BBQ I have ever had!!! We got the ribs, chicken, beans, Mac and cheese and potato salad and it was all amazing I had no complaints! We also bought like 4 bottles of the sauce to take home and I had my dad just buy 4 more to ship to me 😂. I will make it a priority to come back the next time we're down. ♥️

The chicken was mostly burnt, the rice was dry, and the cabbage was disgusting....they need to stick to bbq and not claim to be able to make Jamaican food. Nevertheless, the potatoe salad was very good!

Great food. Love love love the bbq. Sides need work - they end up in garbage. However last purchase was disappointing. Pulled pork was burnt and hard to chew. Chicken and ribs lacked its usual flavor. Most of it went in the garbage with the sides.

The smell made me stop, never had their food before. Picked up the family meal with pork, chicken, and ribs. The taste or flavor is good but the ribs and chicken were a bit on the dry side, I did not use bbq sauce because if you have great flavor you don't need it. Personally I didn't care for the mac n cheese but that's because I like mine cheesy. I'll be back again to give it another try to see if there's any difference before moving on.

Over the last 6 months or so the food quality has really taken a turn for the worse. The ribs use to fall off the bones. Now, you have at least 5 or 6 bones that are dry, burnt or to hard to bite into, let alone chew. Yesterday the young black girl was literally so foul-mouthed I had to turn away just to block her out. I couldn't believe that they had her working there cursing worse than any sailor. Please hire more courteous staff and stop overcooking the ribs:(

I've been showing up at the door for years. The food never disappoints and the service is always friendly. I like that they are not afraid to put a little char on the ribs and a little spice. Extraordinary sauce.

This is/was my favorite BBQ joint since they were located inside of the gas station.It's been a while since my last visit so I decided to stop by for the sausage meal. Very disappointed...rice was dry and flavorless, inside of sausage was so soggy, some part of skin was dry and was separating, like it was a left over from before July 4th weekend.. Maybe it was just a bad day. Potato salad was great, and that's where two stars come from.

Wow! One of the best BBQs I've ever had. Nice little locally owned place. I had the jerk chicken and brisket with the potatoes and mac and cheese. And wow was it delicious. Victoria was super nice and extremely helpful. I will definitely be back.

Went here yesterday, and I might go back today! The ribs were seasoned perfectly, and juicy. I got the sauce on the side, and that sauce is the BEST that I’ve EVER had. I bought one bottle, and I will get a few more.

Picked up dinner from Trust Me. We had the Rib Meal with cabbage and baked beans and the Pork Meal with yellow rice and mac n cheese. Best BBQ I have had in a long time. Absolutely great food can't wait to come back.

There are only three places I know of in this entire area that have SUPERB ribs. My house, and when I'm to lazy or don't have time, "Trust Me", and "Al's BBQ" in Ybor City. I have yet to find any BBQ joint to come close to these guys. Keep up the good work. Oh yeah tasty sides too.

Love you guys, but your not taking Covid seriously. No handwashing, glove usage or mask by your employees. Love your food but I was disappointed in what I saw yesterday. Won't be coming back for a while.

Unfortunately I was not very impressed with my food. My oxtails tasted like the gravy was burnt, the collard greens were not as Soulful as I was expecting. Very good prices 4 the type of food they provide, but maybe I should have went with another options for my lunch.

Was in town visiting the family, stumbled across this place and they have a great food establishment. I live in Fayetteville, NC and this is the best BBQ ribs ever tasted in the south. 🤗👍

Fantastic meal again guys! Pulled pork with bbq beans and cabbage were excellent. The chicken with corn and slaw awesome as well. My family and extended family absolutely LOVE your food. BEST Caribbean BBQ place in Hillsborough County. No one comes close....Trust Me.

Outstanding ribs and sausage. The ribs have an amazing smoky taste. Ribs so good they fall off the bone. The BBQ sauce has the right amount of sweet and tangy to it. Jerk seasoning in it adds the perfect spice to it. The sweet tea is great also! Definitely a go to if you’re in the area, you won’t be disappointed!

Great Food. I got the ribs and Jerk Chicken. Ribs were so tender and rhe Jerk chicken was spicy. The sauce is not a usual red bbq sauce, but it is a delicious, zingy sauce with a little bit of heat. Collard greens were tender with no bitterness. I would get them again! If you haven't tried it, do it. Trust me!

Best BBQ in town!! Friendly staff and great flavor. Sauce has just the right amount of jerk seasoning. We had the pulled pork, jerk chicken, potato salad, Mac and cheese, rice and beans, potatoes, and they were all fantastic.

service is quick and foods great, portions of meat could be bigger for the price but other than that great

The chicken was cooked good with a good smoked taste but it was dry. I also had the curry goat it had to much salt, I couldn't eat it I had to throw my hold plate away. I will not be back.

OUTSTANDING FOOD! Had the pulled pork meal with garlic potatoes and collard greens. Best collards I've ever had. Perfect BBQ sauce! Everything appeared made from scratch. Highly recommend!!!

This place was great. Options for everyone. The pulled pork was my favorite. If you don’t like a little spice don’t try it. But it’s worth your money. Got the 1/2 chicken meal deal. Was worth $22. Will come here again. Drove out of my way to come try it. Worry my gas. Support black businesses is the goal.

If you are drawn in by the aromatic smoke wafting over 301, you won't be disappointed. Ribs are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and smokey-flavored all the way through. I hope they expand their sauce options, I might have liked to try something a little sweeter. The sauce they do have has a little kick which compliments their smoke and spices perfectly. We also liked the collard greens and ox tail. I definitely recommend this BBQ to any residents or visitors of Tampa. We will be back to try more!

The best ribs I've ever had you don't even need barbeque sauce there fall off the bone. Excellent customer service.
